CPS have been effective at resolving issues we’ve had. Sometimes work is completed to a standard which means it will need repairing again, but it does get done.

Very difficult to get in contact with, they avoided my emails and calls. Took me months of CPS ignoring my calls and emails for the landlord to come round.
